No, the application will not work on 64bit operating systems. Although it was developed some time ago, it still works with newer operating systems like Windows 7 and Windows 8 but on 32bit mode only. However, to install it in Windows 7 or 8, Net Framework 1.1 needs to be wiped off the system or you'll encounter errors. You can do this using the following cleanup method:
I downloaded Idiom, but when I translate/revise for my customer I cannot see the "Comments" from the reviser (3rd column). I see the letter, but it is empty. Could you please help me?

You cannot see the Comments section because the segment is locked. First reset the segment status and then you can use Add comments or press CTRL + M as a shortcut. The comments need to be used during the translation process.
No, you cannot install this application on your iPad Air. According to the information released on its official webpage, this application was developed to work only with Windows operating system. If you want an application with the same features that this application has, I suggest you to take a look through Apple Store official website.
